1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furnishings: velvet sofas (upholstered furniture), marble coffee tables, and glass sideboards.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations (fabric dye lots, marble veining).

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

For Velvet Sofas (Flammability – 16 CFR Part 1640 Compliance):

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not exceed weight limits.

  • Keep away from open flames, candles, and heat sources.

  • Upholstery meets federal flammability standard 16 CFR Part 1640 (based on TB 117‑2013).

  • The permanent label "Complies with U.S. CPSC requirements for upholstered furniture flammability" is affixed – do not remove.

For Marble Coffee Tables & Glass Sideboards (Fragile / Safety Glazing):

  • Handle with care – marble is heavy and can chip; glass can break if dropped.

  • For glass components: Safety glazing (tempered glass) meets 16 CFR Part 1201 and ANSI Z97.1 and breaks into small, blunt pieces, but still avoid impact.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not exceed weight limits.

  • Keep away from children – heavy marble tops can cause crushing injuries if tipped.

For All Products:

  • Do not allow children to climb on furniture.

  • Check hardware periodically; tighten if needed.

3. Safety Standards Compliance

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For general‑use products (velvet sofas, marble coffee tables, glass sideboards), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request, certifying compliance with applicable CPSC safety rules based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

5. Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
For products intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third‑party testing at a CPSC‑accepted laboratory, including CPSIA lead (<100 ppm substrate, ≤90 ppm coating), phthalates (<0.1%), and 16 CFR Part 1130 tracking labels on product and packaging.
